We offer our customers the flexibility to tailor their cleaning services. While all general cleaning is included in our flat rates, time-consuming or less frequently needed tasks are available as optional extras. Some of the extras include:
Oven Cleaning
Cleaning your oven is one of those tasks many would rather leave to the professionals. As one of the most used and tough appliances in your kitchen, ovens require serious products and effort to clean thoroughly. Our oven cleaning service provides a full interior clean at a competitive rate.
What It Involves
Oven cleaning typically takes 30-60 minutes and includes:
- Spraying the inside of the oven with oven cleaner and letting it sit for 30-60 minutes
- Scrubbing all interior walls
- Cleaning trays and grills
- Vacuuming, wiping, and scrubbing hinges, removing caked-on food or charcoal
- Cleaning the inside and outside glass of the oven
What It Does Not Involve
While we offer a thorough inside oven cleaning, we are not a specialist oven cleaning company, so we don’t fully disassemble the oven as some companies do. This allows us to keep our prices reasonable while delivering similar results. Please note that older ovens may not look as new, but we will do our best to restore them.
How to Book
You can book an Inside Oven Clean by adding it to a flat rate clean or selecting it as an extra with an hourly rate. If choosing the latter, please allow approximately 1 hour for the oven cleaning in the time booked.
Fridge Cleaning
Our fridge cleaning process is simple and thorough – we remove all items from your fridge, carefully clean every shelf, drawer, and compartment, ensuring the entire interior is spotless, and then place your items back inside.
Please be aware that for exceptionally large fridges, additional charges may apply.
Kindly note that we do not provide freezer cleaning services, as these typically require defrosting prior to cleaning.
How to book?
You can arrange an Inside Fridge clean with Cleanshine End of Lease PTY LTD in several ways. One option is to book a flat rate service and add the Inside Fridge cleaning as an extra. Another option is to choose an hourly rate service, then either include the fridge as an extra or request that it be completed within the booked time. If selecting the latter, please ensure you allocate approximately 30 minutes for the fridge clean within your scheduled time.
Green Cleaning
Our cleaners arrive with everything needed to get your home looking its best – from equipment to products and all the necessary supplies. Alongside their usual range of cleaning agents, they also carry what we call “Green Supplies” – products made with environmentally friendly ingredients that are less harmful to people, pets, and the planet. These eco-friendly options can be used for all service types, including routine cleans, spring cleans, and end-of-lease cleans.
Will It Affect The Clean?
This can vary depending on the situation. Over the years, feedback from our cleaning teams has shown mixed opinions. For example, some find that certain tasks, like cleaning grout in bathrooms, are best handled with bleach, while others believe that natural options like vinegar and bicarbonate soda can do just as well.
In general, while green alternatives can often achieve results close to traditional products, there are times when non-green cleaners work better for a one-off deep clean. After that, switching to green supplies is ideal for ongoing upkeep.
Benefits of Green Supplies
One of the biggest advantages of using eco-friendly products is knowing that your home will be free from harsh chemical residues. While our cleaners work carefully to avoid leaving any traces behind, there’s always a small chance when stronger products are used. For families with pets or small children, green supplies provide extra peace of mind that no harmful substances will be left in places they might touch.
These products are also a great choice for anyone who experiences allergies or sensitivities to standard cleaning chemicals.
What are some examples of green supplies?
Examples of green products we use include Earth Choice, Koh, Mountain Fresh, Gumption, Green Action, Method, vinegar and water solutions, eucalyptus oil, and other natural oils.
Products we avoid include bleach, strong-smelling cleaners, ammonia-based solutions, and any products containing harsh or toxic chemicals.
Inside Window Cleaning
Our cleaning teams come fully equipped to provide professional inside window cleaning services. This includes thoroughly cleaning all internal glass panels in your home. Pricing is based on an average-sized property, so if your home contains an unusually large amount of glass, we may need to reassess the cost on the day of service.
We offer inside window cleaning only. If you require external windows cleaned in accessible areas such as balconies, please contact our friendly team to discuss possible arrangements.
Please note that any fly screens or other objects obstructing the windows must be removed by the customer prior to our arrival. We generally avoid removing fly screens ourselves to prevent accidental damage.
How to book?
There are several ways to arrange Inside Window cleaning with Cleanshine End of Lease PTY LTD. You can book a flat rate service and add window cleaning as an extra, or book an hourly rate service and either include the windows as an extra or request they be cleaned within your booked time. If you choose the latter, please allow approximately 1–2 hours for window cleaning, depending on the size of your home.
Laundry Services
We provide laundry services on-site only. If you have a washing machine and dryer available, our cleaning team can wash, dry, and fold your laundry during your scheduled service. Keep in mind that washing and drying times for your specific appliances will affect how much can be completed within the booking.
Since most washing cycles take around 45–60 minutes and drying times are typically 30–45 minutes, we can usually complete one full load of laundry for every two hours spent at your property. When we work in teams of two, this timing can be further affected if more than one or two loads are required.

Balcony Cleans
Have a balcony or patio that needs some attention? We’ve got you covered. Cleanshine End of Lease PTY LTD offers a “Balcony Clean” extra to restore your outdoor area to a fresh, tidy state. This service includes sweeping and mopping the balcony floor, dusting and wiping all reachable surfaces, and giving the space a light tidy-up.
A standard balcony is considered to be up to 10 square metres. If your balcony or outdoor space is larger, additional charges will apply. For example, a 25-square-metre balcony would be billed as 2.5 balcony cleans.
Please note that balcony cleans do not include glass or balustrade cleaning. However, if you have also booked the “Inside Windows” cleaning extra, we can clean the inside of the balcony balustrades and the outside of balcony glass doors/windows. For safety and access reasons, we are unable to clean the outside of balcony balustrades, high windows, or use step ladders on balconies.

You can select a flat rate clean and add the balcony service as an extra, or choose an hourly rate service and either include the balcony as an extra or request it to be done within the booked time. If you choose the latter, please allow about 30 minutes for the balcony clean within your allocated time.
Lightly Dusting Blinds vs Wet Wiping Blinds
For blinds that are cleaned on a regular basis, a quick light dusting is often enough to maintain their appearance. Light dusting of blinds is included in our Spring Cleans and End of Lease Cleans, and involves simply running a duster over the blinds to remove small amounts of dust.
However, when blinds are left untouched for long periods, they can accumulate a significant build-up of dust and dirt, making them harder to clean. If there is a visible layer of dust, a wet wipe will be necessary, as light dusting alone will not be effective. Our wet wipe service involves carefully cleaning each slat individually and is charged per blind.

There are a few ways to arrange “Wet Wiping of Blinds” with Cleanshine End of Lease PTY LTD. You can book a flat rate clean and add the “Wet Wipe Blinds” extra, or opt for an hourly rate service and either include the blinds as an extra or request that it be done within your booked time. If you choose the latter, please allow roughly 30 minutes per blind in your allocated service time.
Clean Walls
We use various techniques to remove dirt and scuff marks from walls. During move-out cleans, we will remove a couple of significant scuff marks as part of the standard service. However, if a wall has numerous light to medium marks, you’ll need to book wall cleaning as an extra. This service is charged per wall, and we ask that you specify which walls you’d like cleaned when booking.
Please note: There are limits to how much can be achieved when cleaning walls. On older paintwork, even gentle cleaning can sometimes cause the paint to come off, making it impossible to restore the wall fully. For heavily soiled walls, we cannot guarantee they will look brand new after cleaning.

You can book a flat rate service and add the “Clean Wall” option as an extra, or choose an hourly rate and either add the walls as an extra or request that it be done within the booked time. If you choose the latter, please allow around 15–30 minutes per wall within your allocated service time.
Bathroom Cleaning
Bathrooms and kitchens are often the areas of a home that need the most attention. As high-use “wet” areas, they tend to accumulate grime faster, which is why our cleaners are skilled at getting them thoroughly clean and sparkling.
What Do We Do?
The level of bathroom cleaning depends on the service you choose. With an hourly rate booking, we will clean as much of your bathroom as possible within the allotted time. For flat rate services, every bathroom in your home will be cleaned in full according to our standard checklist. Do I Need to Be Home During the Cleaning?
No — you don’t need to be present while we clean. Many of our customers provide us with access instructions so we can carry out the service while they’re away. If you prefer to be home, that’s fine too — whatever makes you most comfortable. We simply ask that if you can’t be there, you ensure we have safe and secure access to the property.
