Our professional steam cleaning process is designed to restore your carpets and upholstery to their original condition. First, your steam cleaning expert will inspect the area and identify any specific stains or areas that require special attention. Then, we ask that the area is cleared of heavy furniture (we can move small items for you). Next, we apply a pre-treatment to any particularly dirty areas or stains, followed by steam cleaning with our commercial-grade equipment, which deeply penetrates carpet fibres. Finally, we apply a deodorising treatment, leaving your carpets smelling fresh and clean.
Please remember that carpets should be vacuumed before steam cleaning. If you’ve booked one of our regular cleaning services, which includes vacuuming, we can steam clean the carpets after. However, if you book a standalone steam cleaning service, a small additional charge may apply for vacuuming the carpets. Ready to bring your carpets back to life? Book your steam cleaning today!
We keep pricing simple at CleanShine End of Lease Pty Ltd. We charge $55/unit, where 1 unit equals a regular bedroom (approx. 3m x 4m). Larger areas are calculated based on this unit system, with a $110 minimum charge due to the heavy equipment needed for steam cleaning.
Here’s a breakdown of our prices:
For larger areas, we’ll provide an estimate and may offer discounts. If you’ve booked a regular cleaning service, we’ll steam clean your carpets afterward. For standalone steam cleaning, an additional small charge for vacuuming may apply.
Steam Cleaning is the ultimate solution for reviving carpets, but it's important to set realistic expectations about what it can and can’t do.
Steam cleaning is one of the few methods that deeply cleans carpets, removing embedded dirt, dust, bacteria, allergens, parasites, viruses, and fungi. It’s also effective at eliminating stubborn odors, like pet urine, and improving tough stains (though not all stains can be guaranteed for removal). It’s ideal for high-traffic carpets and upholstered furniture, and regular steam cleaning can extend the life of your carpets, avoiding costly re-carpeting for years.
While steam cleaning is highly effective, it has limitations. It cannot guarantee stain removal, especially on older stains. Additionally, factors like carpet color changes from sunlight, natural aging, or lingering odors (such as pet urine) may affect the result. In cases of severe odors, a second steam cleaning may be necessary.
The drying time for carpets can vary depending on a few factors, such as the type and thickness of the carpet, the weather on the day (which affects air temperature), the type of steam cleaning machine used, and the overall condition of the carpet. Generally, most carpets take between 4-8 hours to dry. However, drying time may be faster or slower, depending on these variables, especially weather conditions.
