We advise against booking Hourly Rate services when moving out, as the cleaning required is often underestimated. We cannot offer a satisfaction guarantee for Hourly Rate bookings during move-outs.
For unfurnished leases, we require your home to be empty of all furniture and belongings prior to the cleaning service. If furniture remains, your bond back guarantee may be voided, as it can displace dust and dirt and impede the cleaning process.
For furnished leases, there may be additional complexity, and our team may contact you on the day of the service if more time or work is needed than our standard flat rates cover.

Our End of Lease Clean pricing varies based on the number of bedrooms (and studies) in your home, and whether it’s furnished or unfurnished. The base cost covers all essential cleaning required by most estate agents, including inside drawers, cabinets, and the oven. For furnished homes, the clean also includes inside the fridge. Additional extras such as Inside Windows, Steam Cleaning, Blinds, Balconies, etc., can be added when booking.

To book an End of Lease Cleaning service, simply head to the booking page and select the Flat Rate based on the number of bedrooms and studies in your home. Then, add one of the “Move Out/In” extras to upgrade the service to our End of Lease clean package. You can choose from two options: Move Out/In (empty), which is for homes where all belongings are moved out before the clean, and Move Out/In (furnished), for properties where furniture and belongings remain, such as furnished apartments.
The furnished package includes all the cleaning covered in the standard End of Lease Clean (such as inside the oven and cabinets), with additional cleaning of the fridge and dusting/wiping down furniture.
What’s Included in an End of Lease Clean
With our Bond Back Guarantee, all essential cleaning tasks that agents expect are covered. This includes hard-to-reach areas like behind/under permanent furniture (e.g., fridge cavities), high/low skirting boards, ceiling fans, grout in showers (excluding floors/walls), range-hood filters, and even inside the dishwasher.
Please note that, for wall cleaning, we will spot clean 2-3 major scuff marks per wall.
