This is ideal for cleaning specific areas like kitchens, bathrooms, floors, or for a quick spruce-up of certain spaces. If you’re looking for a one-off clean for your entire home, our Flat Rate Service is the perfect choice. This service covers all general cleaning in your home without a fixed time limit. We follow a comprehensive checklist we’ve developed over time, ensuring we cover all the areas our clients want cleaned the most.
We also offer additional extras to customize your service. If your home hasn’t been cleaned in 4-6 weeks or more, we highly recommend our Spring Clean extra, also known as a Deep Clean, for a more thorough refresh. Book a Spring Clean if your home hasn’t been cleaned in 4-6 weeks or longer. As dust and grime build up, our standard clean takes longer, and the Spring Clean extra gives us the extra time to make your home sparkle. If a standard Flat Rate clean is booked but your home needs more, we may contact you to upgrade to a Spring Clean. To avoid complications, we recommend selecting the Spring Clean extra if you're unsure.
Simply choose the flat rate based on your home's size and add the Spring Clean extra on the booking form. Check the list of available extras below for more details.
Our Flat Rates and Spring Cleans cover all general cleaning in your home, but we also offer additional extras for tasks that require extra time or infrequent cleaning.
These extras can all be added on top of the Spring Clean extra.

What is Included in One-Off Cleaning?
We offer two types of One Off Cleaning Service – our Hourly Rate service and our Flat Rate Service. Our one off flat rate cleaning service is extensive and includes all the general cleaning needed to make sure your house is sparkling clean. From dusting and wiping window sills, to mopping and vacuuming, cleaning bathroom tiles to the rangehood, we take care of all the general cleaning. Our Hourly Rate Service is more flexible, allowing you to book as much or as little time as you would like for the service. We can be entirely flexible with the Hourly Rate Service and will do as much as we can in the time you choose to book.
