A fixed-price service that covers all general cleaning in your home. We follow a detailed checklist and only finish when everything is done. One-off extras, including End of Lease Cleans, are also available.
A full home clean, with the assurance that our ‘Fair Go’ policy applies.
Hourly Rate
Our Hourly Rate Service is time-based, meaning there’s no fixed list of inclusions. Our cleaners will focus on doing as much as possible within the time booked, offering full flexibility with the tasks we perform. This service is ideal if you want specific areas of your home cleaned, and our cleaners always prioritize quality over quantity unless otherwise requested. Please note, we strongly advise against using the Hourly Rate Service for an End of Lease Clean, as our Satisfaction Guarantee will not apply in this case.

What’s Included in an End of Lease Clean
With our Bond Back Guarantee, all essential cleaning tasks that agents expect are covered. This includes hard-to-reach areas like behind/under permanent furniture (e.g., fridge cavities), high/low skirting boards, ceiling fans, grout in showers (excluding floors/walls), range-hood filters, and even inside the dishwasher.
Please note that, for wall cleaning, we will spot clean 2-3 major scuff marks per wall.
